Ricardo joined Leyster in 2025 as a Senior Advisor.

Ricardo brings over three decades of experience in leading, transforming and strengthening businesses in the industrial, consumer and business services sector.

Ricardo is a Member of the Executive Board of Directors of SHV Holding N.V. since 2015. In this role he has been providing guidance and oversight to the group composition of SHV.

Before his role as Executive Board Member Ricardo was the CEO and Chairman of Makro South America. Prior to his role at Makro Ricardo was CEO SHV Gas China, General Manager Primagaz Benelux, General Manager Primagas Spain and Operations Director SHVGAS Brasil.
Ricardo holds an Engineering Degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Janeiro and received executive education at IMD and Stanford GSB.
