Ricardo joined Leyster in 2025 as a Senior Advisor.

Ricardo brings over three decades of experience in leading, transforming and strengthening businesses in the industrial, consumer and business services sector.

Ricardo is the Chief Value Creation Officer at Capnor and Supervisory Board Member at ONE-Dyas.

Up till May 2026 Ricardo WAS a member of the Executive Board of Directors of SHV Holding N.V. for over 10 years. In this position he has been providing guidance and oversight to the group composition of SHV. Through his career Ricardo has been in leadership roles at SHV Group companies. He was the CEO and Chairman of Makro South America, before that, CEO SHV Gas China, General Manager Primagaz Benelux, General Manager Primagas Spain and Operations Director SHVGAS Brasil.

Ricardo holds an Engineering Degree from the Pontifícia Universidade and business courses at IMD and Stanford.
